 Your safari  starts off with an early pick up from Arusha and then proceed to the west to the amazing  Serengeti National Park. It is a scenic route that entails viewing the Ngorongoro  Conservation Area before getting to the animal populous Serengeti.

 Pickup Location: Arusha  (Hotel or Airport)

 Scenic Drive: 6-7 hours along the Rift Valley and  the Ngorongoro highlands.

 Lunch: We will have lunch planks along the  way.

Afternoon Game Drive: When you get into the Serengeti, you will have  your first game drive where you will be able to see elephants, giraffe, zebras and other  members of the Big Five. Arranged at the luxury lodge or at a tented camp where you  will have dinner and spend the night listening to the African wilderness.

 After breakfast you will have a whole day  of game drives in the Serengeti which is one of the greatest safari parks in Africa  for the Big Five. Early morning drives are preferable as this is when the big cats will be active  hence easily spotted.

 Start with a sunrise safari which is the best time to observe the animals in  action. Having breakfast in the most beautiful landscape of Serengeti is quite refreshing. The guide  will also try to find hippos and crocodiles along the river and cheetahs and  lions in the open country.

 Lunch: In land you will go back to your lodge or  you can have a bush lunch.

 After a short pause, go on with your wildlife observation.

Get up early and proceed to the Ngorongoro Conservation  Area where you will proceed to the Ngorongoro Crater, the largest unexploited  caldera in the world which is a sanctuary to more than 25,000 animals only.

Descent into the Crater: The game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater is one of  the best in the entire Africa since you will be able to see lions, elephants and the black  rhino which is almost extinct.
